Platis Gialos is the cosmopolitan beach of the island and the largest beach
not only on the island but in the whole complex of the Cyclades islands. Hotels,
rooms to let, mini markets, restaurants and pottery workshops are found in this
area.
Platis Gialos is connected through a regular transportation net, with
the other villages and the port of the island. For the needs of your transports
one way, use one of our busses or one of our ten taxis.
Our studios are first class registered. They 're placed in a quiet environment
only 70m far from the sea, on the cosmopolitan beach of Platis Gialos. They
are built according to the traditional insular architecture.
They 're all ground floors uneven to each other surrounded by an olive groove
(3000m2). A convenient parking is also available. The whole system is consisted
of five studios. Each studio has its own balcony, the interior of the studios
is formed in such a way so that they can hospitalize two or three adults each.
Every studio has a big room with two beds, a sofa-bed, a table, two chairs,
a boudoir, fully equipped kitchenette in a separate room, WC, TV, A/C (cool,
heat) and telephone. The studios are available12 months/year. We 're always
willing to further improve our services so that your stay will seem like a "filoxenia"
to you.
